Distribution Found abundantly in low-lying undulating land also the hill dipterocarp forests. A few species are also found is semi-swampy regions.
Sapwood Well-defined and grey-brown in colour.
Grain Straight to deeply interlocked.
Texture Moderately coarse to coarse and even.
