IJEPA lnformation from My Japan Buyers

on new regulation under lately signed agreement between Indonesia and Japan of ecnomic treaty named : IJEPA (Indonesia-Japan Economic Partnership Agreement)
Starting 1st of July, have to use certificate issued by your government agent based on this IJEPA.
GSP is no more valid from 1st July.
Per information form custom office in Japan, Indonesian government says it will be issued from 1st of July. As this new certificate is always chopped " ISSUED RETROACTIVELY" so that late issuance is no problem. When Malaysia-Japan EPA has started, it also took quite long time till certificate making become complete one.
Therefore we presume it won't be handled smoothly. But we cannot wait so long for weeks.
Anyway kdly contact government agent how to secure IJEPA certificate of this time shipmnent by showing GSP copy to them.
next container, have to secure this new cxertificate instead of GSP.
Pls note GSP is no more valid already.
